Application
Austrotherm 040 is recommended for use in applications where they will transfer slight mechanical loads, as:
- thermal insulation of walls in external composite BSO insulation systems (light-wet method),
- heat insulation of wreaths made as lost formwork for plaster,
- thermal insulation of lintels and jambs,
- thermal insulation of the ceiling from below in BSO,
- thermal insulation in prefabricated sandwich panels,
- thermal insulation of walls with elements with facing and ventilated air gap,
- thermal insulation of walls with cladding, skeletal structure,
- thermal insulation in internal partition wall constructions,
- thermal insulation of the ceiling from below with cladding,
- thermal insulation of the floor between joists,
- thermal insulation in light skeletal ceilings with cladding,
- inter-rafter thermal insulation,
- thermal insulation in ventilated roofs.
