DuPont's latest technological solution are DuPont Climate Systems thermal insulation membranes. It is a system of complementary membranes for roof and wall insulation, which allows you to achieve up to 15% cost savings in heating your home. The system consists of three products: two highly vapor permeable membranes: Tyvek Enercor Dach and Tyvek Enercor Wall (the first to protect the roof, the second - the wall) and DuPont AirGuard vapor barrier. Tyvek Enercor Dach is a vapor permeable roof membrane with a low-emissivity metallised surface that reduces the heat flow from the hot roofing in summer and reflects the heat radiating from inside the building in winter.

One of the most important innovations is the metallized surface material in Tyvek Enercor Dach and Tyvek Enercor Wall. These membranes are laid on the outside of conventional insulation, and DuPont AirGuard's vapor barrier reflective material should be laid on the inside. Such technology has the following properties:

• the metalized surface of DuPont Tyvek membranes improves the insulation properties of the air layer in front of them by 200-300%,
• reduced air convection significantly improves the effectiveness of the insulation material,
• due to the low emissivity of the whole system, the building's heat is reflected inwards in the winter, while in the summer the rooms remain pleasant and cool. 85% of the solar radiation heat is reflected.
• thanks to the special method of installing membranes - the metallized surface inside the building - no other dirt and dust accumulate on the metallized surface of Tyvek Enercor. In this way, the effectiveness of the metallized surface and low emissivity are maintained for a long time.
• The Tyvek Enercor membrane is a metallized material - reflective and vapor-permeable.
