It is easy and quick to use (ready to use, cold, you only need to mix), thanks to the solvent content in organic polymer-based asphalt modified with the addition of improvers, it has good adhesion to dry substrates (concrete, roofing felt, eternit, steel structures, etc.) and immediately after laying on the insulated surface it is completely resistant to rinsing with water, penetrates deeply into the insulated surfaces, increases the adhesion of the substrates to the proper insulation, after drying creates a uniform strong and flexible coating resistant to atmospheric factors and biological corrosion, has fungal properties
