Inspection door for installation in non-load-bearing Siniat plasterboard walls. They consist of two frames made of aluminum angle bar: external (frame) and internal, which constitute the structural frame of the door leaf. The door has an intumescent fire seal about 1 mm thick, glued to the leaf around the entire perimeter of the door.

Application

Single-leaf Promat inspection doors are used in Promat shaft walls, massive walls (monolithic, reinforced concrete, prefabricated or masonry), as well as in lightweight walls with a fire resistance class not lower than the fire resistance of the inspection door. They allow you to carry out the necessary inspections, inspection and maintenance of the system in installations in fire-protected walls and shafts.

Construction

• door leaf filling: Nida Ogień + plasterboards 2 x 12.5 mm thick
• inner side of the leaf: an additional layer of Promatect-XS boards, 2 x 12.5 mm thick
• door frame cladding on the front side: Nida Ogień + plasterboard, 2 x 12.5 mm thick
• thickening of the frame: up to 60 mm due to additional strip of Promatect-XS boards with a thickness of 1 x 15 + 1 x 20 mm
• frame from the inside: intumescent fire seal 2 mm thick
• inner side of the frame: a ring made of Promatect-XS boards, 2 x 12.5 mm thick
• rim on the inside: glued intumescent fire seal about 1 mm thick
• additional equipment: the possibility of installing a round cylinder lock in the system of one or more keys

Note: The overall dimensions of the access door are larger than those given by 110 mm.
