Schiedel Dual is a multifunctional chimney system for all types of fuel. It enables flue gas removal from solid fuel, oil and gas boilers, including condensing boilers.

Building

The dual-draft chimney system Dual consists of smooth and profiled ceramic pipes, which are placed in a common block of expanded clay concrete with a density of 1150 kg / m ³ and a minimum compressive strength of 3 MPa.

The smoke duct is a smooth insert placed in the smoke duct; characterized by thermal resistance. The insert has a density of 2100 kg / m ³ and a minimum compressive strength of 25 MPa. The flue gas channel is profiled thin-walled pipes 66 cm long located in the air-flue gas duct; they are characterized by tightness, good compressive strength and resistance to aggressive condensate, while maintaining low weight.

Holes in the corners of the block, if necessary, allow the introduction of steel reinforcing bars, fixing the entire outer structure.
