Produkto aprašymas

Maxmorter F is a one-component mortar containing microsilica which, when mixed with water, produces a fast-setting repair mortar with high mechanical parameters. It is intended for filling cavities in concrete. It is a mortar with low shrinkage and very good adhesion to concrete and steel. The product is available in a basic version and in a variant with reduced technical parameters Maxmorter F / 1.

  • shrinkage after a hardening period of 90 days below 1.2 ‰
  • frost resistance tested in water after 150 freezing and thawing cycles (at -18 C / + 18 C): weight loss up to 5%; decrease in bending strength up to 20%; decrease in compressive strength after 28 days to 20%
  • tear-off strength after 28 days (pull-off method) over 2.0 MPa
  • consumption per 1 mm of thickness 1.5 kg / m 2

  • the pot life of the mixture is 6-10 min
  • initial setting time 6-8 min; final 10-15 min
  • amount of added water 14-15%
  • compressive strength after 3 days 8.5 MPa; after 14 days, 12.5 MPa; after 28 days, 15.5 MPa
  • flexural strength after 3 days 2.6 MPa; after 14 days 5.5 MPa; after 28 days, 6.0 MPa
  • consumption per 1 mm of thickness 1.5 kg / m 2
